AP4AI represented at the EU Innovation Hub Annual Event

On 13 September 2022, the AP4AI experts took part in a panel discussion on Justice and Accountability Visions for the Future of Innovation for Security – towards Responsible Use of Technologies.

The panel discussion addressed accountability in internal security from a practical perspective. The main focus was on justice and law enforcement and the opportunities and risks of digitalisation and Artificial Intelligence in these fields. Special attention was given to responsible and accountable ways of technology implementation and the effective protection of fundamental rights. The panellists also discussed how digitalisation and AI may change the justice, law enforcement, and border management in the medium and long term.

AP4AI project also participated with a dedicated stand in the market place during this event.
